About Archer Trading S.A.

Our program is a medium-term strategy focusing purely on market trends by identifying extreme levels and shifts in market sentiment. For that reason, they are expected to perform well only during trending market conditions. It can be classified as both swing trading as well as trend following.
Swing trading sits in the middle of the continuum between day trading and trend following. Swing traders hold a particular stock/derivative/currency for a period of time, generally between a few days and two or three weeks, and trade it on the basis of its intra-week or intra-month oscillations.
In finance, trend following is an investment strategy that tries to take advantage of long-term moves that seem to play out in various markets. The system aims to work on the market trend mechanism and take benefit from both sides of the market enjoying the profits from the ups and downs of the market. Market trends are described as sustained directional movements in market prices over a period.
Our system trades multiple currency pairs and due to the different pairs offered at different brokerages we require that you provide us with a list that your brokerage offers so we can adjust your risk model accordingly. As you can see from our statement we trade anything that moves, from the majors to exotics like the EURNOK and USDMXN. Due to the nature of a trend-following system the drawdown occur in times where a currency pair is ranging. To minimize these drawdowns we spread the risk over many currency pairs. When some pairs are ranging others are trending and this strategy allows us to capitalize on those trending movements. Typical hold time for a trade can be from 3 to 30 days.
Each account and each client is different therefore we require an initial consultation with every client prior to placing the first trade. We don't make a dime unless our clients do and we treat your money like our own. After all these trades are placed in our personal accounts just the same as yours. How many other money managers can say that?
RISK WARNING: Trading in foreign exchange is speculative and may involve the loss of principal; therefore, assets placed under management should be risk capital funds that if lost will not significantly affect one's personal financial well being. This is not a solicitation to invest and you should carefully consider your financial situation as to the suitability to your situation prior to making any investment or entering into any transaction.
